Case Details

42 year old female with left breast cancer and genetic predisposition for breast cancer. She chose bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies. She was happy at her current size but did want more fullness. A bilateral immediate breast reconstruction was performed. Direct to implant reconstruction with prepectoral Mentor 355cc moderate high profile implants was performed.
