Breast Implant Removal – Before & After Case 18

Case Details

34 year old female with implants for the past 20 years. Imaging demonstrated a ruptured left silicone implant with leakage of the gel into the tissues. She did not wish to replace the implants. 175cc silicone gel implants were removed, the capsules removed, and all visible/palpable silicone was removed. The results show a little less upper pole fullness, but otherwise a symmetric and natural appearance.
