Breast Implant Removal with Lift – Before & After Case 16

Case Details

61 yo patient with a saline augmentation several decades earlier. She has been on a GLP-1 medication and lost 65lbs causing her breasts to deflate and drop. In addition, she a recent rupture of the left breast implant. Her goals were to remove the implants without replacing and lift the breasts. Bilateral total capsulectomies were performed with anchor scar lifts. She was much more comfortable following the surgery.
