Breast Lift with Implants – Before & After Case 38

Case Details

39 year old mother of 3 with sagging breasts and deflation following breastfeeding. Her goals from surgery were to improve the shape and position of her breasts. Fullness in the upper breast was important to her and an augmentation with a lift was recommended. A bilateral breast augmentation with subfascial (on top of the muscles) Mentor Boost implants, 210cc was performed. To reshape the breasts and properly position the nipples, mastopexies were performed. A nice restoration of her pre-pregnancy breasts was achieved.
