Breast Lift with Implant Removal – Before & After Case 37

Case Details

37 year old female with breast implants for over 15 years. She had a history of capsular contractures and autoimmune/inflammatory disorders. She wished to remove her implants altogether to hopefully improve her symptoms. At the same time, she wanted a breast lift to reshape and position her breasts. A bilateral total capsulectomy and implant removal was performed in addition to anchor scar breast lifts. Following surgery she noted improvements in her systemic symptoms and was pleased to have removed her implants.
