21 year old patient presented to the office complaining of her breasts hanging too low and being too large. She is very active and always felt her breasts "got in the way." She wore a 34D and preferred to be a B cup. Asymmetry was present with the right breast being lower and larger than the left. A small reduction with a lift (210g R/165g L) corrected the asymmetry, improved breast position, and reduced her size. This patient was thrilled with her results and the immediate impact it had on her day to day life.
39 year old female presented with a goal of reducing her breast size from a D to a C cup, but maintaining fullness in the upper breasts. This is difficult to achieve as the breast tissue tends to fall to the lower breast. Small implants can achieve this goal without a substantial change in the breast size. She underwent a small breast reductions (~250g per side) and placement of small 170cc MHX gel implants under the muscles. The results are improved shape and maintenance of upper breast fullness as can be seen in the profile photos.

Final results show improved breast position, size, and most importantly comfort. While scars are present, these will fade as time goes on.
46 year old patient with a history of breast augmentation in the 1990s. She was uncomfortable with her large breasts and wanted to remove the implants and reduce her size. She wore a 38DD bra and wanted to be closer to a small C. Removal of the 400cc saline implants (known as an "explant") and breast reductions (~150-200grams per side) were performed. She is much happier at her current size, stating, "I should have done this years ago!"
This younger patient is a dancer and found that performing was difficult due to the large size and position of her breasts. She wore a 34DD or E cup bra. Her goal was a reduction and lift to be able to wear comfortable C cup bras. Bilateral breast reduction was performed and over 3.5lbs of breast tissue removed. The breasts are now properly positioned on the chest wall and the smaller size means she can wear normal bras without difficulty.
72 yo female who desired a breast reduction for her whole life, but was scared to undergo the procedure. She had a mass in one breast requiring a surgical excision (benign) and decided to finally undergo a breast reduction. She lost a total of 2.5lbs of breast tissue and was thrilled with her new size. As with most breast reductions in older patients, she emphatically stated, "I should have done this years ago!"
