50 year old patient with a previous augmentation mastopexy ten years prior. She felt her breasts were too large at a 40DD. Plan included decreasing the implant size from 400cc to 200cc and performing a breast lift with small (200g) reductions. Final results are in better proportion with improved shape.

59 year old patient with previous submuscular saline breast augmentation. Bilateral capsular contractures present. Breast tissue falling off the implants as well. 52 year old with saline implants and asymmetry. Goal was replacement to silicone gel for implant feel and tightening of the skin to improve symmetry without a dramatic change to the appearance. New implants are 300cc moderate classic silicone gel.

57 yo female with previous breast augmentations. Implants before surgery were 415cc and felt too large for her. Goal was to downsize the implants and tighten the internal pockets. New implants are 285cc HPB (Gummy Bear Boost implants). Results show a smaller overall breast without compromise of the shape.

51 yo female with a previous augmentation almost 30 years ago with saline implants. She had a deflation of her left implant. Her goals were to decrease her overall breast size but avoid an indentation in the upper breast. Previous 400cc saline implants were removed and replaced with smaller 200cc
