68 year female with 40 year old silicone implants placed for congenital asymmetry. Both implants found to be ruptured on imaging. Breast implant revision with removal of the implants, reduction of the right breast and small augmentation of the left with a saline implant.
Breast Implant Revision – Rupture and Asymmetry – Before & After Case 0252 year old with saline implants and asymmetry. Goal was replacement to silicone gel for implant feel and tightening of the skin to improve symmetry without a dramatic change to the appearance. New implants are 300cc moderate classic silicone gel.
