Case Details

20 year old female presented for a breast augmentation. She wanted to fill out bathing suits and her clothes without inserts in her bra. Bilateral submuscular augmentation performed with 300cc moderate profile saline implants, overfilled to 325cc. This achieved the fullness she was looking for.
