Case Details

18 year female with a congenital breast deformity. The left breast is underdeveloped while the right breast is sagging. Correction of the asymmetry while establishing a larger size involved different breast implants in each side and a mastopexy on the right. Right breast implant is a 450cc moderate profile plus while the left breast is a 550cc high profile implant. The final results shows volume improvement and a natural result.
