Case Details

34 year old female with a previous history of a breast reduction in her teens. She had wanted to increase her cup size from a 34B to a D cup. In addition, her breast skin had stretched after pregnancy and she wanted to tighten the skin. A bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor 400cc ultra high profile silicone implants, under the muscles were placed. Anchor scar mastopexies used to tighten the skin. Final results demonstrate rounder breasts in a D cup appearance.
