Breast Augmentation with Reduction – B&A Case 37

Case Details

39 year old patient with a 36D cup bra. Her goals were to reduce her size by a cup and improve upper pole fullness at the same time. A reduction alone rarely provides fullness in the upper breast. Thus a small augmentation was performed with 170cc MHX implants at the time of the reduction to provide this positional fullness.
