Breast Implant Removal – Before & After Case 12

Case Details

74 yo female with saline implants from the 1990s. The left implant had deflated and the right implant with a hard encapsulation. The implants were small 150cc saline implant. Removal of both implants (explant) and all scar tissue was performed along with a breast lift. Final appearance shows improved breast shape and position.
