Case Details

65 yo patient with implants from the 1980s. Imaging showed bilateral silicone ruptures. She had concerns that her implants were causing other medical issues. She wished to remove the implants altogether. Bilateral implant removals and total capsulectomies performed. Mastopexies were also performed to improve the appearance.
