Case Details
51 year old woman with previous saline breast augmentation. Her implants were ~30 years old. She was happy with the general appearance wanting a little more fullness. She has asymmetry preoperatively but did not wish to have the necessary scars to correct this. Previous implants were 300cc, new implants are Mentor HP 330cc overfilled to 380cc. Breast shape maintained with slight improvement in fullness.
