48 yo female with right breast cancer. Her goals were to be smaller than her original breast size. Bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with expanders and staged skin excisions. The excess horizontal skin was removed at the time of the mastectomies and the excess vertical skin at the time of expander to implant exchange. Final implants are 500cc HP silicone gel implants.
