43 year old patient with a left breast cancer found incidentally during a breast reduction. This prompted a left mastectomy with tissue expander reconstruction. The expander was later exchanged for a 550cc HP silicone gel implant and a 130cc MC gel implant placed in the right breast with a lift for symmetry.
