49 year old woman with a diagnosis of right breast cancer. She would require a right mastectomy. The reconstruction plan was a two-stage tissue expander to implant reconstruction for the right breast. A breast reduction for symmetry was performed on the left breast. The final reconstruction shows decent symmetry. The right nipple has been reconstructed but the patient has not undergone a tattoo of the nipple yet.
