Pleasant 39 year old woman with a previous breast lift and implants. The previous procedure was performed by a different plastic surgeon 7 years prior with poor results. She wished to have the implants removed and to reduce her breasts to a size proportional to her figure. Both implants and capsules were removed and ~2lbs of breast tissue was removed.
