46 year old woman with very large and heavy breasts presented for a breast reduction. Complaints of back and neck pain which were unresponsive to conservative therapies. Her bra size was a 38G cup and her goal was to be closer to a C or small D. A bilateral breast reduction with removal of 1200g (~2.5lbs) per side was performed. The patient’s back and neck pain is now resolved.
