24 year old female with heavy, dense breasts and a 34DD bra size. She experienced back and neck pain. Her goals were to be a full B or small C cup. Bilateral breast reductions with total weight reduction of ~750g was performed. Patient symptoms improved dramatically with high satisfaction from the procedure.
