24 year old woman suffering from large, heavy breasts. She was in a 36G cup bra and experienced significant back and neck pain. A bilateral breast reduction was performed with removal of ~3 lbs of breast tissue. The final breast size is much more fitting for her frame and has relieved her back and neck pain.
