57 year old patient with left breast cancer. Patient underwent a left mastectomy with two-stage expander to implant reconstruction. A 300cc moderate profile plus gel implant placed on the left side. For symmetry, an augmentation of the right breast performed with a 225cc moderate profile plus gel implant.

47 yo female with right breast cancer. Patient opted for a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy. Immediate direct to implant (DTI) reconstruction with 600cc high profile silicone gel implants, under the muscles. Excellent results.

46 year old patient presented with a desire to improve the appearance of her abdomen. She wanted to remove the stretch marks and loose skin from pregnancy. A full abdominoplasty allowed for improved contour and a flat abdomen. The belly button has a nature appearance without a circular scar.
