30 year old patient with massive weight loss following a gastric bypass procedure. Her concerns were with the excess abdominal and flank skin and the deflation of her breasts. Goals of surgery were to remove the excess skin around the waist, contour the abdomen and provide fullness in the breasts.

42 yo female with right breast cancer. Opted for bilateral mastectomies. Two-stage reconstruction with expanders to implants. Final implants are 450cc high profile silicone gel under the muscles.

49 yo female with right breast cancer. Right skin sparing mastectomy performed. Right breast reconstruction with a two-stage expander to implant. Left breast reduction for symmetry. Final implant is a 450cc high profile silicone implant. Nipple reconstruction performed but tattoo is not yet complete.

54 year old patient with right breast cancer. Bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies performed with incisions in the inframammary crease. Two stage expander to implant reconstruction. 250cc high profile silicone gel implants in a submuscular pocket. Excellent and natural appearing results.

Patient with significant improvement of her back and neck pain. Minimal post radiation changes to the left breast.
