41 year old patient with recurrent mastitis of the left breast. She was undergoing a large partial mastectomy for treatment. The resection would leave a large deficit and she was interested in a concurrent reduction to improve appearance and correct the deformity.

33 year old patient with right breast cancer. Opted for bilateral skin sparing mastectomies. Reconstruction in two-stages with expanders and silicone implants. She required post-mastectomy radiation to the right breast. Final implants were 325cc high profile on the right and 300cc high profile on the left. The radiation changes are

49 year old woman with right sided breast cancer. Skin sparing mastectomy and post mastectomy radiation therapy. Patient underwent a two-stage expander to implant reconstruction. Implant is a 250cc moderate profile plus silicone implant, under the muscle.

68 year female with 40 year old silicone implants placed for congenital asymmetry. Both implants found to be ruptured on imaging. Breast implant revision with removal of the implants, reduction of the right breast and small augmentation of the left with a saline implant.

69 year old woman with a right breast cancer. Treated with lumpectomy. Removal of tissue the size of a lime. Reconstruction with oncoplastic glandular rotation. Excellent contour following reconstruction.

52 year old with saline implants and asymmetry. Goal was replacement to silicone gel for implant feel and tightening of the skin to improve symmetry without a dramatic change to the appearance. New implants are 300cc moderate classic silicone gel.
