Breast Reconstruction – Implant Based – Before & After Case 07

Case Details

33 year old patient with right breast cancer. Opted for bilateral skin sparing mastectomies. Reconstruction in two-stages with expanders and silicone implants. She required post-mastectomy radiation to the right breast. Final implants were 325cc high profile on the right and 300cc high profile on the left. The radiation changes are clearly seen in the after photos on the right side.
