Case Details

41 year old female with left sided breast cancer. Previous augmentation with saline implants. Bilateral skin sparing mastectomies and two-stage expander to implant reconstruction. Final implants are 650cc high profile silicone gel under the muscles. Nipple areolar tattoos seen.
