Case Details

30yo female who had lost 100lbs after a gastric sleeve procedure years prior. She also has had two children. She was interested in improving the appearance of her abdomen. She had a large pannus of excess skin extending to the hips. An extended full abdominoplasty addressed the excess skin and was combined with liposuction of the flanks and back for contouring. Overall results were excellent with a completely new physique.
