Breast Reconstruction – Implant Based – Before & After Case 35

Case Details

67 year old patient with left breast cancer. Plan for a left mastectomy, but the asymmetry would be significant. A two-stage expander to implant reconstruction was performed on the left breast. At the time of expander removal, a reduction was performed on the right for symmetry. Left implant is a 470cc high profile silicone gel implant.
