Case Details

60 year old patient with right breast cancer. She underwent a right skin sparing mastectomy and left nipple sparing mastectomy. Radiation on the right side was necessary. Reconstruction in stages with expanders then 400cc high profile gel implants. Overall, radiation changes are minimal and she has a nice reconstruction.
