Case Details

48 year old with left breast cancer. Patient opted for bilateral mastectomies. Her goals were to be about the same size but improve breast symmetry. Immediate direct to implant reconstructions with 750cc ultra high profile silicone gel implants under the muscles were performed. Subsequent fat transfers to the upper breasts helped correct any indentations in the reconstruction.
