39 year old female with right sided breast cancer. Patient opted for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies. Her goals from reconstruction were fuller breasts overall. Reconstruction in two-stages with expanders and implants. Final implants are 590cc ultra high profile silicone gel in a submuscular pocket.
