53 year old patient with left sided breast cancer. Opted for bilateral skin sparing mastectomies. Reconstruction in two-stages with expanders followed by 500cc high profile implants. Nipple reconstructions are present.

69 year old patient with previous saline breast augmentation. She presented with breast ptosis (sagginess) and capsular contractures of her implants. A bilateral breast capsulectomy, reaugmentation, and breast lift improved both the appearance and the feel of the breasts.

For symmetry, an augmentation of the right breast performed with a 225cc moderate profile plus gel implant.

47 yo female with right breast cancer. Patient opted for a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy. Immediate direct to implant (DTI) reconstruction with 600cc high profile silicone gel implants, under the muscles. Excellent results.

52 year old woman with right breast cancer. Underwent a right skin sparing mastectomy and left nipple sparing mastectomy. Reconstruction with expanders followed by implants. 450cc high profile silicone implants.
