Breast Reconstruction – Implant Based – Before & After Case 39

Case Details

39 yo female with a diagnosis of BRCA+. She had a history of multiple previous breast augmentations and lifts. Plan for bilateral prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomies. The goals were to improve shape and decrease size. Two stage expander to implant reconstruction allowed for tightening of the skin and choice of final implant size. Implants are 700cc ultra high profile silicone implants.
