54 year old patient with right breast cancer. Bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies performed with incisions in the inframammary crease. Two stage expander to implant reconstruction. 250cc high profile silicone gel implants in a submuscular pocket. Excellent and natural appearing results.
Breast Reconstruction- Implant Based – Before & After Case 1441 year old female with left sided breast cancer. Previous augmentation with saline implants. Bilateral skin sparing mastectomies and two-stage expander to implant reconstruction. Final implants are 650cc high profile silicone gel under the muscles. Nipple areolar tattoos seen.
Breast Reconstruction – Implant Based – Before & After Case 1368 year old patient with bilateral breast cancers. She underwent bilateral mastectomies and tissue expander reconstruction. Complications on the left side required treatment with a latissimus flap. Final reconstruction with 700cc high profile implant only reconstruction on the right side, 650cc high profile implant with latissimus on the left.

The resection would leave a large deficit and she was interested in a concurrent reduction to improve appearance and correct the deformity.
