34 year old woman with multiple pregnancies and a desire for larger breasts. She had difficulty finding bathing suits and feeling confident in certain clothes. The goal was to increase to a small C cup in a natural shape. Her breast augmentation is with 370cc MPX silicone gel implants, under the muscles, via incisions under the breasts.
