21 year old patient presented to the office complaining of her breasts hanging too low and being too large. She is very active and always felt her breasts “got in the way.” She wore a 34D and preferred to be a B cup. Asymmetry was present with the right breast being lower and larger than the left. A small reduction with a lift (210g R/165g L) corrected the asymmetry, improved breast position, and reduced her size. This patient was thrilled with her results and the immediate impact it had on her day to day life.
