39 year old female presented with a goal of reducing her breast size from a D to a C cup, but maintaining fullness in the upper breasts. This is difficult to achieve as the breast tissue tends to fall to the lower breast. Small implants can achieve this goal without a substantial change in the breast size. She underwent a small breast reductions (~250g per side) and placement of small 170cc MHX gel implants under the muscles. The results are improved shape and maintenance of upper breast fullness as can be seen in the profile photos.
