32 yo female with deflated breasts after pregnancy. Her goals from surgery were to fill out the breasts, improve the nipple position, and downsize the areolas. We planned for a breast augmentation with a lift. Her implants are Mentor 215cc Moderate Profile Xtra silicone gel implants, under the muscles. Circumvertical (lollipop) mastopexies were also performed. The procedure filled out the deflation, tightened and lifted the breasts, and decreased the size of the areolas.
