42 yo female with deflation of her breasts following pregnancy. Her goals were to reestablish full, round breasts. She has inherent breast asymmetry with her right breast being larger. An augmentation was performed using a 310cc MHX implant on the right and a 350cc MHX implant on the left. The implants are underneath the muscles and placed through inframammary incisions. Patient was very happy with the fullness and round appearance in the upper breasts.
