20 yo female presented with goals of increasing her breast size. She found it difficult to wear certain bathing suits and clothing. Her goals were to increase cup size from her small B cup to a fuller C while keeping a natural appearance. 325cc saline implants were placed under the muscles via inframammary incisions. The final results show improvement in volume and upper pole fullness without a “fake” appearance.
