66 yo female presented for a breast augmentation. She wore a 36C cup prior and wished to increase to a full D. We used our Mentor sizing system and she was comfortable with implants in the 450cc+ range. Bilateral subglandular augmentation with Mentor 480cc High Profile Boost (gummy bear) implants performed. Improved breast fullness and projection achieved.
