56 yo female with a history of breast augmentation decades prior. Her implants were in the 350cc and the breast tissue had begun to fall off the implants. Goals of revision were to increase the implant size and lift the breasts. A reaugmentation with a lift was performed. New implants are 585cc High Profile Boost implants. The larger implants fill out the upper breasts and reestablish a round appearance. An anchor scar lift was necessary due to the redundant skin. Although the scars are quite visible at this 3 month photo, they should fade to faint lines in the next year.
