34 yo female with breast implants for over 15 years. She had never been very happy with her implants. She felt they were uncomfortable and hard. She presented for an explant. In addition, she had a lipoma underneath the right breast. We performed a bilateral implant removal, total capsulectomies (removal of the scars), and removal of the lipoma from within the implant space avoiding an external scar. Her final size was still proportionate for her and she felt much better without her implants.
