67 yo female with a previous breast augmentation in the 1990s. Over the years, her breasts had fallen off the implants. We planned a breast reaugmentation with implants in the same size and a lift to reposition the breasts. New implants are 310cc MHB silicone gel implants. The lifts improved breast position over the implants and prevented the breasts from resting on the abdomen.
