54 yo woman with breast implants placed ~15 years prior. She had malposition of her implants and breast sag (ptosis). She wanted to remove the implants altogether and improve the breast shape/position. Bilateral breast implant removals (explant) and total capsulectomies (scar removal) was performed. A breast lift was performed at the same time. Final results demonstrate improved position and shape without any implant.
