54 yo female with bilateral ruptured silicone gel implants from 20 years prior. Plan for removal of the ruptured implants, washout, and reaugmentation. New implants are 405 High Profile Boost silicone implants (gummy bear). Internal pocket manipulation to improve the position of the implants and bring them closer together for cleavage.
