39 year old patient who experienced breast “deflation” following pregnancy. She was happy when her breasts were a “perky B cup” during breastfeeding. A primary goal was not to look fake. A breast augmentation using 255cc MHX silicone gel implants under the muscles through incisions under the breasts. The final result is a natural appearing augmentation with upper breast fullness and improved shape.
