28 year old patient with a goal to increase her breast size. She wore a 34A cup prior to surgery and wanted to be a full C. She was concerned about muscles moving her implants. She did have mild asymmetry with her right breast being larger overall than the left. A breast augmentation with different sized implants (295cc MPX Right, 350cc MPX Left), on top of the muscles, through incisions under the breasts was performed. Her final results demonstrate a natural appearance and the implants are well camouflaged by her breast tissue.
