Breast Lift with Implants – Before & After Case 12

Case Details

40 year old mother of two with breast deflation. She had gained ~70lbs with each child and lost the weight prior to surgery. Her goals were to reestablish breast fullness with a natural appearance. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with 300cc saline implants. She required mastopexies to properly position the nipples over the implants. This was achieved with circumareolar or “donut” mastopexies.
